Side Shows

The Side Show portion of each camp day is built around the idea that sometimes kids just need to have Outrageous Fun!  Side Shows are crazy, wacky, and creative activities that encourage laughter and silliness.  Churches choose three Side Shows that their kids rotate through in small groups during three of the four days of camp. Then on one of the camp days, everyone experiences a Side Show together as a large group!

Side Shows Overview
Obstacle Course: Campers complete individual, side-by-side, timed obstacle courses as teams. Course elements include a tunnel, hoops, jump ropes, poles, and tires. And watch out for flying tennis balls! 
 
Tennis Ball Mania:  Teams compete for points while throwing a barrage of tennis balls into tires, hoops, buckets and more! It's a crazy time of fun, but remember to take cover!
 
 
 
Home Run Derby:  Campers compete individually and as teams to see who can hit the most home runs!
 
Rubber Chicken Challenge:  What would a camp be without rubber chickens? And really, what would rubber chickens be without camp? Get ready for adventure as campers engage in various competitions using this comical prop!
 
**NEW - Football Frenzy: Campers are sure to be fans of this fun and fabulous frenzy of footballs!
 
Sports Explosion:  What would happen if we combined all of our equipment from each of our sports? An explosion of course! It's an explosion of games, strategies, and fun!
 
Slip and Slide Adventure:  Bring your suits to cool down on hot summer days as campers embark on a wet and wild adventure!
 
 
Capture the Noodle:  Campers use their cunning to invade enemy territory and capture the other team's noodles! Outrageous variations available.
